Your Story on Stage invites students to bring their lived experiences, cultural heritage, and personal identities to life through theatre. This program offers a comprehensive theatrical journey where storytelling becomes a tool for self-affirmation, connection, and joy. By centering students’ voices and the richness of their communities, each performance becomes a declaration of belonging, and every student is empowered to step into the spotlight with confidence, creativity, and purpose.

Identity-Driven Storytelling- Students craft and perform original theatrical scenes inspired by their lived experiences, cultural heritage, and social realities—using drama as a tool for self-expression, advocacy, and truth-telling. (Aligns with CA Theatre Standards TH:Cr1.1.HS–Cr2.1.HS)

Collaborative Creation & Ensemble Practice- In collaborative groups, students co-write and stage performance pieces, building skills in ensemble work, inclusive dialogue, and shared authorship. (Aligns with TH:Cr3.1.HS & Pr4.1.HS)
