Terms of Purchase

EFFECTIVE DATE: January 1, 2022

You confirm that you are registering your student for a PEAK Theatre Arts program(s) for the 2023-2024 school year and that you have read and understand these Terms of Purchase, and the Terms of Service. Your children’s enrollment and participation in our program(s) is subject to the following payment, credit, and cancellation terms:

What is your registration policy? 

The registration form must be filled out and the class fee has been paid in full before the first day of class. We cannot guarantee participation in a class without completed registration and payment.

What is your cancellation policy for classes & workshops?

  • If you cancel your registration less than 48 hours before the class starts no refund or credit will be issued. Registration holds a student's spot in a class, making it unavailable for other students to register for that spot. We hope our class is a great fit but, if after the first day of class, you choose not to continue for any reason, We are happy to offer credit for another class, but will not issue a refund.

  • If you cancel 72 hours before the class begins you'll receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.  

  • In the event, we do not have at least 7 students enrolled in a class, class will be cancelled and parents will be issued a full refund. We will notify parents at least 24 hours before the start of class.

  • If your student has tested positive for COVID-19 please review our COVID-19 Protocol.

If PEAK Theatre Arts Cancels:

  • If we cancel due to state, county, or school health orders or mandate, you will receive a 90% refund to the original payment method and a 10% credit that can be used through August 31, 2024.

  • If we cancel for any other reason, you can choose between a 100% refund to the original payment method, or a 100% credit that can be used through August 31, 2024.

  • If we cancel in the middle of a weekly session due to state, county, or school health orders or mandates, you will receive a credit based on the number of sessions cancelled in a semester that can be used through August 31, 2024.
