Refund Policy / Terms of Purchase
Effective Date: January 1st, 2025
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, cancellations, and refunds for services and products offered by Peak Theatre Arts, LLC (“Peak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a program, purchasing a digital product, or otherwise submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy on Refunds
All sales, registrations, and payments made to Peak Theatre Arts are final unless otherwise stated in this Policy.
Refunds are not guaranteed, and Peak reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
2. Program Registrations (After-School, Workshops, Camps)
Because our programs require planning, instructor staffing, and reserved student spots, the following terms apply:
2.1 Cancellations by the Parent/Guardian
-
Program fees are non-refundable.
-
No refunds are issued for:
-
schedule changes
-
student illness
-
missed days
-
behavioral removals
-
family vacations or travel
-
choosing to withdraw after the program begins
-
Peak may, at its discretion, offer:
-
A partial credit toward a future program, or
-
A transfer to another session (if space allows)
—but such accommodations are not guaranteed.
2.2 Cancellations by Peak Theatre Arts
If Peak cancels a program entirely (not including weather delays, emergency closures, or facility changes), families will receive:
-
A full refund OR
-
A credit toward a future program
Peak is not responsible for additional costs incurred (transportation, third-party fees, childcare costs, etc.).
3. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products — including lesson plans, curriculum, activities, templates, and downloadable resources — are:
STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE
Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, Peak does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital product purchases.
If you experience an access or download issue, please contact:
jessica@peaktheatrearts.com
We will ensure you receive the product you purchased.
4. Late Payments, Declined Payments, and Chargebacks
If a payment is declined or reversed:
-
Enrollment may be paused or cancelled
-
Outstanding balances remain due
-
Collection procedures may be initiated if necessary
Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a legitimate purchase is a violation of these Terms and may result in removal from future Peak programs.
5. Missed Classes / Absences
Refunds are not issued for any absences, including but not limited to:
-
illness
-
travel
-
family emergencies
-
extracurricular conflicts
-
transportation issues
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
6. Behavioral Dismissals
Peak maintains a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.
If a student is removed due to:
-
Repeated disruptive behavior
-
Unsafe conduct
-
Disrespect toward staff or peers
-
Refusal to follow program expectations
No refund or credit will be issued.
7. Weather, Facility, or Emergency Closures
If a program must be cancelled, delayed, or relocated due to circumstances outside Peak’s control — including but not limited to:
-
weather
-
facility closures
-
safety concerns
-
public health requirements
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Peak may offer a makeup session, online session, or credit when possible.
8. Transfer Requests
Transfer requests (moving a student to another session or program) may be considered if space permits, but approval is not guaranteed.
9. Booking Through Third Parties (Schools, Districts, Community Partners)
If you enrolled through a school, district, or partner organization:
-
Their refund/cancellation policies apply.
-
Peak may not be able to override or process refunds on your behalf.
Please get in touch with the enrolling organization directly.
