SPOTLIGHT centers diverse voices through poetry, prose, and monologues by authors of color—texts that reflect cultural perspectives often missing from mainstream curricula. By engaging with these works, students craft their own original monologues, building confidence, deepening self-understanding, and recognizing how representation shapes both art and community.
