COVID Policy
What to you need to know about wellness and participating in PEAK Theatre Arts. If your child is sick and/or could possibly be contagious, please do not send them PEAK Theatre Arts. Email or call PEAK Theatre Arts staff to note your child's absence.
COVID EXPOSURE
If a student has come in close contact with someone who is confirmed positive with COVID:

If fully vaccinated, the camper CAN attend camp if they are not experiencing any symptoms.

Not up to date on vaccination, the camper CANNOT attend camp and must stay home for at least 5 days AND provide a negative test in order to return to camp.
SYMPTOMS
If camper displays any COVID-19 symptoms, in order to return to PEAK:

Must wait at least 24 hours after resolution of fever without medication.

Have a negative rapid or PCR test.

Health care provider has confirmed an alternate diagnosis.

IF not experiencing symptoms, the close contact may return to camp (but still monitor for symptoms and recommended to test on/after Day 5).

POSITIVE COVID-19 CASE

A student who tested positive can end isolation after 5 full days only if they are fever free for 24 hours without medication, other symptoms have improved AND they have received a negative rapid or per test.
CANCELLATION AND ILLNESS TRANSFERS

If canceling for illness, you will be offered a free transfer to another semester for the 2022-2023 school year. If you choose to decline this offer, the standard cancellation policies apply.

For illness transfers, please contact us at peakyouthprograms@gmail.com and provide student's name, location, family contact info and the detailed dates of the transferred weeks requested, based on availability.

If canceling for illness mid-week, you will receive a prorated credit on account to be applied to another 2022 session or available for use until 2025.

Allow 72 hours to receive email confirmation of session transfer.
