We believe in the power of theatre to create spaces where young people know their voices matter and their ideas can shape the world. We center the stories that are too often left out of traditional theatre spaces.
EQUITY
We believe every child deserves access to high-quality arts education. We remove barriers that have historically kept students from participating in theatre—whether those are financial, cultural, or systemic—and we provide the tools, resources, and supports students need to thrive in our programs.
ARTISTRY
Artistry is more than performance. Artistry is the weaving together of imagination, creativity, and skill to create powerful stories that inspire and connect communities.

We draw from many ways of knowing —books, lived experiences, wisdom, skills, memory, and ancestors — to shape the stories we tell. Every story we tell is an opportunity to honor the past, make meaning of the present, and shape the future.
